Jessica moved to Bend in 1997 with her husband, a golf teaching professional at Awbrey Glen Golf Club. Over the years, she's experienced firsthand the transformation of Central Oregon from a growing mountain town into one of the Northwest's most desirable places to call home.

Her appreciation for the area's natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and distinctive neighborhoods gives her a valuable perspective when helping clients discover the lifestyle and property that best fit their goals.

Jessica brings a thoughtful, attentive approach to real estate, combining market knowledge with a genuine desire to understand each client's priorities. Meet Tricia Huggin

Tricia Huggin understands that finding a home is about much more than finding the right house. It's about discovering a place where you feel connected and where life can unfold.

As the daughter of a Naval fighter pilot, Tricia grew up moving every few years. Those experiences gave her a unique understanding of relocation, the challenges of starting fresh, and the importance of finding a community that truly feels like home.

In 2006, Tricia and her husband chose Bend as the place to raise their three children, drawn by the area's educational opportunities, outdoor lifestyle, and strong sense of community. Nearly two decades later, her appreciation for Central Oregon continues to grow.

Before entering real estate, Tricia successfully owned and operated a children's clothing business, developing valuable skills in customer service, organization, communication, and relationship building.

Today, she brings that same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence to her real estate clients. Known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and dedication to understanding individual needs, Tricia works to ensure her clients feel supported and confident throughout the buying or selling process.
